Ninh Binh has new Vice Chairman

The Prime Minister has signed a decision approving the elected position of Vice Chairman of the Ninh Binh provincial People's Committee during the 2011-2016 tenure.
Accordingly, Head of the Communication and Education Board of the provincial Party Committee Tong Quang Thin was named for the position.
Also in the Decision rafitying dismissal of 2 other members of provincial people's committee during the 2011 - 2016 ternure for Ngo Van Nguyen, Head of provincial department of Interior Affairs, and Pham Duc Vuong, Head of provincial Department of Finance.
