Ninh Binh has new Secretary of Provincial Party Committee

At the meeting, Nguyen Thanh Binh, Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee's Organization Commission, announced the Politburo's DecisionNo.1960-QDNS/TW dated March 28, 2020 on appointing Secretary of the Ninh Binh Party Committee Nguyen Thi Thanh as Vice Head ofthe Party Central Committee's Organisation Commission and the Politburo's Decision No.1961-QDNS/TW dated March 28, 2020 on naming Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, Chairwoman of theVietnam Women's Union as a new Secretary of the Ninh Binh Party Committee for the 2015 - 2020 tenure.

Speaking at the ceremony, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee (PCC) and Head of the PCC Organisation Commission Pham Minh Chinh congratulated Thanh and believed that she wouldsuccessfully accomplish her new tasks.

To Ha, Chinh also expressed his belief that she will uphold her achievements and capacity to lead Ninh Binh to greater successes and successfully fulfill the Resolution of the 21st Congress of the provincial Party Organisation.

Ha was born in 1970 in Ninh Binh province, She has a PhD degree in psychology and had held many positions.

From July 2010 - March 2012, she was Director of theCentralWomen's UnionAcademy.

From March 2012 to February 2014, she became Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Women's Union.

From March 2014 to November 2015, she worked as Deputy Secretary of the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee.

In December 2015, she was appointed as Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Women's Union.

At the 12th National Party Congress, she was elected to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
