Ninh Binh has new Chairman

During the 3 working days of the 21st session of the 14th People's Council of Ninh Binh province, which took place from December 6 to 9, Mr Pham Quang Ngoc was elected as Chairman of Ninh Binh Province's People's Committee in the 2016-2021 tenure.
Pham Quang Ngoc was former Vice Chairman of the province's People's Committee.
Also at the working session, two others new Vice Chairmen were elected, including Mr Tran Song Tung and Nguyen Cao Son, who were former Head department of Finance and Secretary of Tam Diep municial party committee, respectively.
With the voting performed by permanent member of Ninh Binh provincial peoples councils at the 21st working session, the northern province of Ninh Binh has one Chairman and two vice Chairmen.
