Ninh Binh, Hai Phong urged to deploy expressway project

Specifically, the Ministry of Transport works as the governing body of the expressway project, running through Hai Phong city and Ninh Binh province.

The Ministry of Transport needs to promptly coordinate with the Ministry of Planning and Investment and other related agencies and localities to deploy the project in line with legal regulations.

According to the Road Network Development Planning Project for the period of 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, the Ninh Binh - Hai Phong expressway (CT.08) has a total length of around 109 kilometers. It starts at the eastern North-South expressway in Ninh Binh city and ends at Ha Noi - Hai Phong expressway.

The expressway is designed with four lanes and scheduled to be completed before 2030.
