In the past time, the project's investor has closely coordinated with the local administration, constructor and related units to mobilise workforce, equipment and machines to ensure the construction progress as well as the quality of the sub-project.
The sub-project runs through 11 communes of Kim Son district, with a total length of eight kilometers and 21 pole sites covering an area of 3.79 hectares. As many as 93 households have been affected by the sub-project as their houses, gardens, agricultural land and aquaculture land have been reclaimed.
The entire political system of Kim Son has actively taken part in land site clearance and mobilizing the affected households to hand over cleared land to the contractor for construction.
At the same time, Kim Son district has also created favourable conditions for related agencies and units to expedite the sub-project as scheduled.
To date, the sub-project management board has coordinated with the constructor to build all basement foundations and other works while ensuring technical requirements, labour safety and environmental sanitation.
Consulting and supervisory units have also upheld their sense of responsibility to closely monitor the stages and steps of construction.
With the efforts of administrations at all levels, relatedsectors and units contractor, Ninh Binh has strived to speed up the progress of construction in a bid to complete the sub-project before June 30, 2024, thus helping to ensure national energy security, especially for the northern region.
