The Ninh Binh Chairman expressed his joy to welcome the delegation and briefed his guests about natural conditions as well as socio-economic development of the province.
With huge potential of human resources, Ninh Binh has in recent years adopted numerous programs to encourage local people working abroad, in particularly in Japan.
Ninh Binh hopes that Chusho would serve as a bridge to train qualified human resources, contributing to the development of the locality, thus consolidating the friendship between the two localities.
During the session, Mr Mastsumoto Iwasaki thanked the host for their warm welcome and support for the delegation when they learned about human resources potential here.
Chusho Kigyo Chiiku Shinko Kumiai operates in trainning human resources, he said.
He hoped to attract more Ninh Binh people to learn and work in Japan, adding that after working in Japan, the interns would apply the gained knowledge to serve the development of Ninh Binh.
The visit would help open more opportunities for multi-field cooperation between the two sides, he stressed.
