Ninh Binh, Ca Mau, Bac Lieu sign agreement to further step up cooperation

The leaders attended the conference reviewing the cooperation programme among the three provinces of Ca Mau, Bac Lieu and Ninh Binh in the 2017-2021 period and signed a cooperation agreement for the 2022 - 2025 period. 

Speaking at the conference, Nguyen Tien Hai, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People's Council of Ca Mau, reviewed the twinned relationship among the three provinces since the Liberation Day to present.

The signing of the cooperation programme among Ca Mau, Bac Lieu and Ninh Binh in the period of 2022 - 2025 would create more momentum for each province's development and further tighten the close relations and solidarity among their Party Organisations, administrations and people, Hai said.

After five years of implementing the Ca Mau - Ninh Binh - Bac Lieu cooperation programme, cooperation activities have been carried out by local administrations at all levels and sectors, reaping significant results.

In the next period, the cooperation programme will focus on key fields, including agriculture, culture, sport, tourism, investment and planning.

At the event, leaders of the three provinces signed the cooperation programme among Ninh Binh, Ca Mau and Bac Lieu for the period of 2022-  2025.

The agreement would open up new cooperation opportunities and create a framework for collaboration among the provinces in the future, towards the common goal of development and happiness for their people.
