Ninh Binh buzzes with unique tourism festivals in October

From October 18 to 29, Ninh Binh province will host a series of vibrant festivals to mark the 10th anniversary of Trang An Landscape Complex's recognition as a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Highlights include the 2024 Ninh Binh Culinary Festival, themed "Essence of Ancient Capital Cuisine," kicking off on October 18, and the Trang An - Cuc Phuong Hot Air Balloon Festival, titled "Stunning Ancient Capital," starting on October 26.
The culinary festival will feature traditional dishes, cultural exchanges, and efforts to preserve the region's culinary heritage, including the revival of ancient Hoa Lu royal cuisine.
Meanwhile, the hot air balloon festival will showcase 35 hot air balloons and paragliders, operated by international pilots and the Hanoi Paragliding Club.
