Ninh Binh's Department of Tax has implemented synchronous solutions to assist firms, organisations, households and individuals in using e-invoices in line with the roadmap.
By June 15, 2022, 100 percent of enterprises, business households and individuals in the province had used e-invoices in their trading activities.
Ninh Binh is among 57 cities and provinces which have been deploying e-invoices in the second phase (from April 2022).
Currently, there are over 4,800 enterprises and over 500 business households in Ninh Binh which have paid taxes online.
In order to use e-invoices as the planned roadmap, the provincial Department of Tax has asked functional units and sub-departments of tax to prepare all necessary conditions to support taxpayers in deploying e-invoices.
Besides, it has established a center of e-invoices and set up hotlines at the department and sub-departments to support taxpayers.
The department has also popularised and organised training courses on deploying e-invoices for taxpayers.
With the efforts and determination of the Department of Tax and related units, the deployment of e-invoices has fulfilled all milestones of the roadmap set by the Ministry of Finance and the General Department of Tax.
Specifically, 100 percent of local enterprises, business households and individuals had used e-invoices by June 15, 2022.
Ninh Binh's Department of Tax was one of the 10 departments honoured by the General Department of Tax for their outstanding achievements in implementing e-invoices in the second phase.
The use of e-invoices will contribute to changing the style of serving people and firms in an attempt to simplify administrative procedures, create favourable conditions, reduce costs and increase productivity of businesses.
At the same time, it will be a solution to promote e-commerce and trading on digital platforms in line with the current trend.
