The health sector has provided training courses for medical workers specialising in testing; purchased medical equipment and materials; and directed heath establishments to map out scenarios to cope with possible outbreaks.
At the same time, the Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, the Department of Industry and Trade, and the provincial management board of industrial zones requested local factories and enterprises to strictly implement COVID-19 prevention and control measures.
The public security force has closely coordinated with the health sector, related departments and units to promptly trace suspected cases and ensure social order in quarantine sites.
Localities and state agencies at the grassroot level have step up the communication work, reminding local people to strictly implement COVID-19 prevention and control measures and make health declarations when traveling to pandemic-hit areas.
With the synchronous and proactive participation of local sectors, departments, agencies and the entire society, Ninh Binh has well controlled the pandemic.By May 17, the province had detected no COVID-19 infections while all F1, F2 and F3 cases have been quarantined or monitored at home.
Besides, Ninh Binh continues to close coordination with local agencies, branches and authorities to closely control the spread of the disease and synchronously deploy effective epidemic prevention and control solutions and to ensure absolute safety for election day.
