During the implementation of the planning scheme, the provincial People's Committee has made several adjustments to match with the real conditions such as adjusting the progress of investment for industrial clusters; excluding some industrial clusters while adding several new industrial clusters to the scheme.
So far, 12 industrial clusters have attracted secondary projects which cover a total area of 456.44 hectares, of which six industrial clusters are invested by the State with a total leased area of 112.79 hectares, equivalent to an occupancy rate of 92.55%.
According to the provincial Party Committee Standing Board's Resolution No. 06-NQ/TU dated October 11, 2021 on developing and managing industrial zones and clusters in the province in the periodof 2021-2025 with a vision to 2030, localities suggested adding three industrial zones and six industrial clusters to the planning scheme in an effort to create a foundation for economic development and restructuring towards increasing the proportion of industry, especially hi-tech, clean and supporting industries, thereby making big contributions to the state budget, creating more jobs for local labourers, ensuring social security and improving living standards of local people.
