New director of Ninh Binh provincial police appointed

Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Son, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security chaired the decision announcing ceremony on May, 10, 2019.

As authorized by the MPS Minister, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Son announced the decision to appoint Senior Colonel Pham Van Son as the Director of the Vinh Long Police Department.

Pham Van Son, aged 52, has many years working in Vinh phuc police.

The Deputy minister also congratulated Senior Colonel Pham Van Son, and asked him to promote the sense of responsibility and unity, and strive to build a clean and strong local police force able to complete all assignments by the province and the MPS.

During the ceremony, Senior Colonel Pham Van Son pledged to do his utmost to fulfill all assigned tasks, to join the leaders and officers of the Ninh Binh police force to maintain security and order in the province, build a clean and strong local police force, so as to deserve the trust from the Central Public Security Party Committee, leaders of the MPS, the local Party organizations, authorities and the people of Ninh Binh.
