New Chairman for Ninh Binh provincial People's Committee

Implementing Document No. 8893 dated October 10, 2014 of the Party Central Committee's Office on nominating vice Chairman of the Ninh Binh People's Committee Dinh Van Dien to the position of vice secretary of the provincial Party Committee, the Executive Board conducted a vote, the result of which showed that 100 percent of the participants agreed.The same day, the provincial People's Council (13th tenure) organized an extraordinary session, the 11th, to vote for the dismissal of Bui Van Thang, chairman of the provincial People's Committee; and Pham Duc Hoa, member of the provincial People's Committee. The members of the People's Council elected Dien as Chairman of the People's Committee, and Director of the provincial Department of Public Security Dinh Hoang Dung as member of the Committee for the 2011 - 2016 term. Speaking at the meetings, Dien thanked participants for their vote, and pledged to continue to strive and do his best to fulfill the assignments, and join other leading officials to help improve the province's socio-economic situation and build a prosperous and beautiful Ninh Binh.
