Nearly 3 millions tourists come to Ninh Binh in first quater

According to the Ninh Binh provincial Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism, the northern province welcomed nearly 3 million tourist arrivals in the first quarter of this year, a year-on-year increase of 10.8%.
Of this, 2.8 million were domestic visitors, and 186,000 foreigners,a rise of10.6 % and 14% over the same period last year, respectively.
The number of those staying overnight was 120,00 per night, a year - on - year rise of 20%.
Revenue was estimated at VND 703 billion (USD 31.5 million), an increase of 22.3% against that recorded a year earlier.
