Nearly 20 percent of Ninh Binh's population inoculated against COVID-19

The province has approximately 745,000 people aged 18 and above who are eligible for vaccination.

From the end of April 2021 to September 30, around 200,000 people in priority groups have received at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccines. Of them, 150,000 people have got their first shots while the remainders have fully received two jabs.

Currently, the province is implementing the 7^th round of inoculation with some 6,000 doses. Priority people are those living in areas bordering other provinces, revolutionary contributors, poor households, the elderly and member of local anti-COVID-19 teams. 

The province's vaccination programme has been carried out strictly and safely in line with regulations. It recorded no case of severe allergic reactions to COVID-19 vaccines, and no fatality after inoculation.
