Myanmar President Win Myint visits Bai Dinh pagoda

Ninh Binh provincial party chief Nguyen Thi Thanh had a meeting in Ninh Binh on late Sunday with Myanmar President Win Myint and his entourage, who are in Vietnam to attend the UN Day of Vesak celebration.
At the visiting site, Myanmar President and his entourage offered incense and pray for peace and prosperity for both Viet Nam and Myanma people. Later, the delegation visited the 13 floor stupa.
Myanmar President expressed his joy to visit Bai Dinh pagoda, and gave a sound words on the wonderful beauty of Bai Dinh pagoda.
The two sides leaders exchanged about the socio-economic situation of Ninh Binh and Myanmar, and reviewed of the sound relationship between Vietnam and Myanmar in the recent years, hoping for the better relationship in the time to come.
On this occasion, the Myanmar President and Ninh Binh party chief presented sourvernir gifts to eachother.
