Minister of Public Security presents gifts to war invalids in Ninh Binh

He was accompanied by Deputy Minister of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs Nguyen Thi Ha; Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc, among others.

The Nho Quan war invalids nursing center is now caring for 142 people, including 71 war invalids and 23 others infected with toxic chemicals.

Lam expressed his deep gratitude to war invalids and sick soldiers who had rendered great services to the cause of national protection.

He wished the war invalids and sick soldiers good health and expressed his hope that they would overcome their diseases and wounds  and continue to promoting the soldier's willingness of bravery and sacrifice.

Lam spoke highly of the center's staff in taking care for the war invalids and sick soldiers in the past years and hoped that their health and spirit would be better in the coming time.

The minister and his delegation handed over gifts to the war invalids and sick soldiers of the nursing center.

On the same day, Lam and his delegation also visited and presented gifts to some wounded police officers and families of police officers who laid down their lives while on duty in Ninh Binh province.
