Local leader works with JICA, Nippon Koei delegation

Vice Chairman of the Ninh Binh People's Committee Dinh Chung Phung had aworking session in Ninh Binh city on March 10 with aJapanese delegation of JICA and Nippon Koei on investment opportunities in agriculture, green urban and eco-tourism.
During the session, Phung briefed his guests on Ninh Binh'sagricultural potentialas well as its related policies, and incentives.
Representatives of JICA, Nippon Koei and VT Food shared information related to a plan on developing agriculture with green urban and eco-tourism in the province.
These guests spoke highly of Ninh Binh's agricultural potential as well as the proactive and dynamic role of local authorities in attracting investment in to the field.
Delegation officials also had in-depth discussions with local leaders about policies, incentives, and project consultancy and design, and proposed places that would be suitable for the project.
