Head of the National Assembly Standing Committee's Board for Deputy Affairs Nguyen Thi Thanh on July 25 visited and presented gifts to war invalids and families of martyrs in Ninh Binh province.

Thanh, who is also a member of the Party Central Committee and Vice Chairwoman of its Organisation Commission, expressed her deep attitude to martyrs, wounded soldiers and former volunteer soldiers and experts who carried out international duties in Cambodia.
She hoped that the small gifts of practical significance showed the tradition of expressing gratitude and encouraging revolutionary contributors and social policy beneficiaries to promote the revolutionary spirit and contribute further to the locality's development.
On this occasion, Thanh also presented 10 tonnes of rice and essential goods to the provincial center for rehabilitation to help its officials, doctors and staff better care for patients.

The same day, Chairman of the Pprovincial People's Council Tran Hong Quang visited and presented gifts to the provincial nursing center for revolutionary contributors and those who rendered services to the nation in Yen Khanh district.
Quang, who is also Standing Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, asked cadres and staff members of the center to continue to caring for wounded and sick soldiers who are being treated at the center.

Later, he visited and presented a gift to Dao Quang Dai, a revolutionary infected with toxic chemicals, inKhanh Mau commune of Yen Khanh district.
Also on July 25, vice head of the Ninh Binh NA deputy delegation Tran Thi Hong Thanh visited and presented gifts to 40 wounded and sick soldiers, and martyrs' families in Tam Diep city and Nho Quan district.
