Laos delegation works with Ninh Binh leaders

Vice chairman of Ninh Binh's People Committee Tong Quang Thin, and leaders of some related branches, sectors attended the event.

During the working session, representatives of Ninh Binh's post and telecommunications sector introduced to the guests the efficiency as well as outcomes of using Ioffice in managing documents in the province.

Currently, the people's committee has directly connected to the Government Office and offices of over 60 sectors, units, branches in the locality.

This application has contributed to improving the province's ICT index from 43th position in 2016 to the 29th in 2017. And especially, the locality's e-public service has been ranked 29th in 2017 from 61st a year earlier.

Lao Deputy Minister of Post and TelecommunicaitonsBounsaleumsay Khennavong thanked the hosts for their warm welcome and spoke highly of achievements that Ninh Binh made in the ICT index and socio-economic development in the past time.

He also expressed his hope that the visit would help Laos apply Iofffice in building smart city as well as experience in tourism development to Luang prabang city.
