Korean trade union presents gifts to disadvantaged workers in Ninh Binh

Officials from the Trade Union of Gangwon province of the Republic of Korea paid a working visit to Ninh Binh on July 11, during which they and those from the provincial Department ofLabour- Invalids and Social Affairs visited and presented gifts to poor workers in Gia Vien district.
The delegation made a fact-finding tour of SanicoVietnam Co,LDT and Dai Loit extile and garment company, which have been totally invested by RoK investors.
During the tour, the delegation studied salary, social insurance and pregnancy policies as well as working safety conditions for workers.
On this occasion,the Gangwon province trade union officials presented gifts to10 disadvantaged workers of Sanico company, worth VNĐ 500,000(22USD) each. Worker Dinh Thi Ngo Hanh from Van Loi textile and garment company received up to 25 million (1,100 USD) from the guests to build her house.
