IPU-132 delegations visit Ninh Binh

On the sidelines of the132nd Assembly of the Inter-parliament Union (IPU-132), around 200 delegates from the Association of Secretaries General of Parliaments made a tour to famous destinations in northern Ninh Binh province on March 30.
The delegation was received by Le Van Dung, Vice President of the provincial People's Committee and representative of relevant local sectors, and agencies. Delegates made a visit to Bai Dinh pagoda and planted trees there.Later, they toured Trang An ecological area. The visit offered the parliamentarians a chance to gain a better understanding of Vietnamese culture and people in general and those of Ninh Binh in particular.
