Group A of the National Volleyball Championship 2022 - Duc Giang Chemical Cup opens in Ninh Binh

The opening ceremony was attended by Hoang Dao Cuong, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Tran Duc Phan, Deputy Director of the Vietnam Sports Administration; Vice Chairman of the Volleyball Federation of Vietnam; and local leaders.

There are 11 teams competing in the tournament, including six men's teams: Binh Duong Construction Materials, Ben Tre, Vinh Long Lottery, Ha Tinh, Ha Noi and Trang An Ninh Binh; and five women's squads, namely VTV Binh Dien Long An, Ninh Binh Doveco, Kinh Bac  Bac Ninh, Gleximco Thai Binh and Duc Giang Chemical.

The tournament will be organised from July 3 to 17. Group A and final matches of the men's category will take place at Ninh Binh Gymnasium while the quater and final matchs of women's quads will be held in Vinh Phuc province.

After the opening ceremony was the match between men's team of Ninh Binh - Trang An and Ben Tre.
