The general planning scheme has been prepared carefully by the consulting agency and the People's Committee of Kim Son district.

They were advised to move intensive shrimp farming area close to Can river mouth and give priority to afforestation and oyster breeding.

Conluding the conference, Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc asked the consulting agency to study the feasibility of the planning scheme and impacts of natural conditions, and ensure that it is suitable to the locality's economic potential and investor attraction.
