Fireworks to be set off at five locations in Ninh Binh to welcome Tet

The provincial people's committee has dispatched a document to give a nod for organising fireworks in five cities, districts in the province to welcome lunar new year.
The fireworks will take place at low altitudes in five locations, including Ninh Binh, Tam Diep cities, Hoa Lu, Gia Vien and Nho Quan districts.
The expenditure for fireworks is come from non-State resources.
The Ninh Binh's provincial People's Committee requested the Ninh Binh High Command to coordinate with the Department of Culture and Sports and other relevant units to develop plans, chair and coordinate with departments and inter-district officials to effectively perform the preparation and organisation of fireworks, ensuring absolute safety in the process of transporting fireworks at firework sites and areas where people will gather to watch the fireworks.
