The session was attended by Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thi Thanh,and NA deputies in the province and among others.
The Ninh Giang voters spoke highly of the outcomes of socio-economic development, and state budget use,saying that the NA deputies effectively performed their roles and the PM and ministers frankly clarified the issues raised by the deputies.
They raised their opinions on various issues, including increasing child abuse, environment pollution, and weak policies to stimulate agricultural production.
The voters also mentioned some problems facing their localities, including obstacles in seeking funds for the construction of medical centers, schools, martyrs' cemetery, as well as the building of factories in the region to create jobs for local people.
They stressed the need to enhance the administrative reform, including procedures pertaining to the issuance of certificates for land use rights.
They asked the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs to consider reducing the working time of those who are eligible to labour accident insurance from 20 years to 15.
The Party and State need to pay more heed to policies for cadres of social organisations, they said.
Secretary of the Ninh Binh Party Committee Nguyen Thi Thanhc larified issues raised by the voters, noting that some issues will be dealt with by authorities at ward, and district level.
The same day, the Finance Minister and other senior leaders of the province also met voters in Kim Sơn district.
During the session, the provincial Party chief Nguyen Thi Thanh also clarified issues raised by the voters, regarding the Law on Fisheries, the management and plan of Kim Son alluvial grounds, and financial support to construct kindergartens.
