FELET Vietnam International Series 2023 Badminton Tournament opens in Ninh Binh
The tournament saw the participation of 218 athletes from 14 countries and territories, including China, France, India, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, the Maldives, Australia, Myanmar, Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Chinese Taipei and host Vietnam.
The tournament, which is categorised as a level-2 International Series of the Badminton World Federation, will take place from November 7 to 11.
As many as 78 Vietnamese athletes are competing at the tournament. There were five qualifying matches on November 7.
This is the first time Ninh Binh has hosted the FELET Vietnam International Series.
The event is one of activities within the framework of the second Ninh Binh Festival 2023 and to mark the 1,055thfounding anniversary of Dai Co Viet State.
