Accordingly, the cooperation programme will focus on communicating and encouraging farmers to implement the Party's policies and the State's laws and participate in emulation movements launched by the Vietnam Farmers Union. The two unions will also step up the exchange of experience in deploying their activities and movements and provide training courses for them.
The two sides also pledged to coordinate in linking production and consumption of farm produce of the two provinces, especially OCOP, VietGAP, GlobalGAP products, and traditional handicrafts.
The two unions will boost the application of digital transformation in trade promotion; transferring technologies; and building agriculture models with high efficiency.
The cooperative programme is hoped to increase the quality of the Farmers Unions' activities and farmers' movements.
The two sides also agreed to build annual plans to carry out the cooperation programme and devise cooperation programmes for the following years.
Previously, the Dong Nai Farmers Union's delegation visited Song Van safe farm produce store in Ninh Binh city, and Sinh Duoc cooperative in Gia Vien district.
