Emulation Group No.4 under Ministry of Public Security reviews emulation movement "For Homeland Security" in 2019

In 2019, units of Emulation Group No. 4 actively developed emulation programs and plans with contents in line with the political tasks and practical operations of the component units in an appropriate and innovative manner. Therefore, all component units of the Emulation Group completed their assigned tasks in 2019.

The units within Emulation Group No. 4 conducted the emulation movement "For the Homeland Security" on the basis of their political tasks, and in line with the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, the Public Security Central Party Committee's and the Ministry of Public Security leadership's directives and resolutions.

The units in Group No.4 have successfully ensured public security and order; promptly solved complex criminal cases and eradicated numerous security hotspots while thoroughly grasping the situation, promptly detecting and fighting sabotage plots and activities of hostile and reactionary forces.

The number of criminal cases was reduced compared to the same period in 2018 with the rate of successful investigation of criminal cases was higher than the year ago and extremely serious criminal cases were solved.

The localities police force also strengthened the State management over public security and order, and took strong measures to ensure traffic order and safety; as a result, the number of traffic accidents significantly reduced compared to the same period in 2018.

With their outstanding achievements, Provincial departments of public security of Ninh Binh, Bac Ninh, Vinh Phuc and Nam Dinh provinces were nominated for the Government's 2019 Emulation Flag.

At the conference, Hai Duong Provincial department of Public security was chosen to hold the chairmanship of Emulation Group No. 4 in 2020.
