Departments of Science and Technology of Ninh Binh and Ca Mau sign cooperation agreement

The pact was signed based on the principles of long term, comprehension, promoting potential of each locality, mutual interests and voluntariness of both sides.

The content of cooperation includes studying and transferring technology; exchanging information about start-up and innovation, activities of assessing technology and investment projects; solutions to attract investment capital into technology and science projects; and implementing measures on product origin traceability.

In addition, Ninh Binh and Ca Mau will select scientific research achievements of each province to transfer to and apply in the other; assist and provide consultancy in protecting intellectual right and developing intellectual properties; and popularizing the results of scientific and technological activities of the two provinces on the websitesof the two departments.
