A delegation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs led by Minister Bui Thanh Son had a working session with Ninh Binh province's leaders on February 28.

Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, Chairman of the provincial People's Council Mai Van Tuat, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc, and leaders of departments, sectors and agencies welcomed and worked with the delegation.
At the working session, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc briefed the delegation about the province's achievements in socio-economic development, foreign affairs, international cooperation, investment attraction and tourism development in 2022 as well as tasks for 2023 and the coming years.

Ngoc also put forth several proposals to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for consideration.
At the session, members of the delegation also provided Ninh Binh's leaders with important information about countries and partners who have great potential for cooperation with the province.
They also suggested that Ninh Binh should pay more heed to popularizing its images and potential.
The province was also advised to train hi-quality workforce and map out planning schemes for sectors where it has a lot of advantages.

Son highly evaluated Ninh Binh's socio-economic achievements in recent years, especially in international integration, foreign affairs and in combining the internal strengths and outside partners' support to increase the province's potential.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs would make the best of digital transformation to provide more information about other countries and localities that Ninh Binh wishes to establish cooperative relations, Son added.
