Delegation of Military Region 3 High Command pays pre-Tet visit to Ninh Binh

On behalf of the Party Committee and the High Command of Military Region 3, Maj. Gen.  Ha Tat Dat congratulated Ninh Binh on its important outcomes in the past year, and thanked the provincial Party Organisation, administration and people of all strata for their close cooperation with the armed forces Military Region 3 in the recent years.

Dat also expressed his hope that the province would continue to build its strong and comprehensive armed forces so as to fulfill all assigned tasks and meet the requirements of protecting the Fatherland in the new context.

Chairman of the Ninh Binh provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc thanked the High Command of the Military Region 3 for its sentiments and wished officers and soldiers of  the Military Region 3 good health and staying united to fulfill assigned tasks.

On this occasion, the delegation also paid a pre-Tet visit to officers and soldiers of Army Corps 1.
