Connectivity of Quang Ninh - Ninh Binh - Thanh Hoa in tourism development

All 3 localities have synchronous transport with systems of roads, railways and airways; good tourism infrastructure and accommodation with modern facilities that could meet the demand of high-class tourists. Quang Ninh - Thanh Hoa - Ninh Binh play a significant role for the regional connectivity, domestic and global connection in developing tourism. They are also vital hubs in many national tourism activities and programs.

Recognizing the connectivity potential of the three provinces, state tourism management agencies as well as Associations of tourism and enterprises of Quang Ninh, Ninh Binh and Thanh Hoa provinces have conducted farmtrips, field surveys in famous tourist attractions in these three provinces, such as: Hoa Lu ancient capital, Trang An Scenic Landscape complex, Cuc Phuong National Park (Ninh Binh); Ho Dynasty Citadel, Pu Luong tourism area, and Lam Kinh historical relic site (Thanh Hoa).

Travel agencies play an important part in building connectivitiy and developing tours to link these three provinces. They work closely with each other in identifying typical tourism products of each locality and gradually building brand for those tourism products so that they could become must-see attractions.

It is expected that the connection and cooperation in tourism development of the 3 provinces would promote their own strengths to form a series of diversified, attractive, and unique tourism products. This is also an urgent requirement, especially in the context that the world's tourism is facing many difficulties, challenges, and competitiveness of the similar tourism products.

It is clear that the connectivity and cooperation program in tourism development of the 3 provinces of Quang Ninh - Thanh Hoa - Ninh Binh not only contributes to promoting distinct strengths to form a series of unique and attractive products, but also in line with strategies to develop tourism as a key economic sector of Vietnam.
