Congratulations to Laos province of Udomxay's Communist Party on 9th congress

At the event, Mr Khanphan Phoinhavong was re-elected Secretary of Oudomxay province party Committee.
Party Chief of Ninh Binh Nguyen Thi Thu Ha also offered a congratulatory message to Kham Phan phoi nha vong on his re-election.

 In a congratulatory message to the 9th Oudomxay's party committee, the Ninh Binh party chief said under the leadership of the Oudomxay party committee, authority and people of Oudomxay province would reap great and comprehensive achievements in implementing the 9th Oudomxay provincial party committee's Congress' Resolution, as well as in the cause for national defence and construction, helping to increase Laos position and prestige in the international arena.

In the message, the Ninh Binh Party expressed their pride to see the growing special friendship, solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between Laos and Vietnam in general and that of Ninh Binh and Oudomxay locality in particular by leaders of the two Parties. 

The Ninh Binh party chief also expressed their pleasure at the close ties, solidarity and friendship between the two Parties and countries over the past 50 years that have been being preserved and developed by the two countries' generation after generation.
