Chairman of provincial People's Committee receives Kagoshima city's trade union delegation

Ngoc briefed the delegation on the province's socio-economic development and friendship relations between Ninh Binh and Japan's localities in the past years.

Ninh Binh had worked and organized events to promote cooperation between Ninh Binh and several Japanese localities such as Okayama and Kagoshima prefectures and Tokyo city, he said.

Ninh Binh also signed a memorandum of understanding on friendship exchanges and cooperation with Saiki city of Oita prefecture, Ngoc added.

Ngoc also expressed his wish that the delegation would step up cooperation in different fields with Ninh Binh, especially in culture, tourism, labour training, services and trade.

He proposed the delegation introduce Ninh Binh's potential andstrengths to Japanese investors.

Makoto Iwasaki thanked the hosts for warm welcome and hoped that the visit would help open up opportunities of cooperation between Ninh Binh and Kagoshima, thereby contributing to increasing exchanges, connection and cooperation between Ninh Binh and Japanese localities.
