Chairman of provincial People's Committee receives Finnish Ambassador

Ngoc briefed the guest on the province's socio-economic development as well as its geopolitical situation.

He expressed his hope that the Ambassador would work as a bridge to introduce Ninh Binh's potential and advantages to Finnish investors, thereby opening up opportunities of cooperation, investment and delegation exchanges between the two sides.

The Finnish Ambassador thanked Ngoc for his warm welcome and said that the visit aimed to strengthen the multi-faced cooperation between Ninh Binh and Finland, therefore expanding locality-to-locality relations for the development of the two countries.

At the reception, the two sides exchanged views on issues of mutual concern in green and sustainable development strategy, especially in the fields where the two sides have potential and advantages such as forest development, smart city building, nature conservation, environmental protection for tourism development, clean energy, and carbon dioxide emission reduction projects.
