He asked the Nho Quan General Hospital to continue mobilising resources for its development, and applying high technologies in medical check-up and treatment for local people and those from neighbouring provinces.
At the Gia Vien Medical Centre, Ngoc recognised and spoke highly of the efforts and innovation of its doctors and health workers over the past years, particularly in the fight against COVID-19.
He asked the centre's medical staff to promote their responsibility and ethics in caring for people's health, uphold their achievements in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic, and improve the quality of healthcare services.
Later, Ngoc and his delegation visited and presented gifts to retired doctor Hoang Thi Huyen, who was once head of the nursing department of the Ninh Binh General Hospital.
