As of February 15, the sixth day of the Lunar New Year, about 90% of businesses had resumed operations and returned to work after the Tet holiday, according to the Ninh Binh Confederation of Labour.
97% of labourers returned to work after the Tet holiday. Others businesses are scheduled to resume operations on February 19.
Representatives of the Ninh Binh Confederation of Labour informed that most labourers are eager to return to work after the Tet holiday. There is no "job hopping" among labourers.
Notably, before, during and after Tet holiday, trade union of all levels and businesses have paid special attention to caring for disadvantaged labourers by giving Tet gifts, free coach tickets.
