7th National Sport Tournament: Judoka Thuy wins first gold medal for Ninh Binh

Judoka Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy from Ninh Binh province won the women's 52kg category gold medal at the 2014 National Sport Tournament held in Nam Dinh province, on December, 3.
This is the first gold for Ninh Binh.The tournament draw 250 artists from 25 units nationwide to the events in 18 men's and women's weight categories.
Thuy had an upper hand over her opponents to progress to the final, in which she defeated the Thanh Hoa province athlete in the women's 52 kg category.
This is Ninh Binh's first gold at the tournament, and it will help inspire other Ninh Binh athletes to do their best.
