21st Party Congress of Ninh Binh province to take place in late September

The information was released at a press conference organized by the Ninh Binh provincial Party Committee on September 3rd and chaired by Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh, alternate member of the Central Party Committee and Secretary of provincial Party Committee.

The Congress will perform four tasks: reviewing the implementation of the resolution of the 20th Ninh Binh provincial Party Congress; determining the direction, goals, tasks and measures of the provincial Party Committee in the period of 2015-2020; discussing, making comments on the draft document of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam term 11 to submit to the 12th National Party Congress; electing the provincial Executive Party Committee for the new term and the delegation to attend the 12th National Party Congress.

Speaking at the press conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh said that Ninh Binh completed party congresses at grass-root level until June 5th and 100% of party committees in the province organized congress successfully, earlier than a month compared to the set time.

She also added that the standing committee of the provincial party committee have steered relevant agencies to prepare all conditions to organize the 21st provincial party congress, an important politic event, which decides main direction, goals, tasks and solutions of the province for the period of 2015 - 2020 to build the Party and political system stronger, develop the economy, improve living standards of people.
