120,000 tourist arivals flock to Ninh Binh on New Year Day

According to the Ninh Binh Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the province welcomed 120,000 tourist arrivals during the Calendar New Year (from Jan. 1st-3rd, 2016), up 21% over the same period last year, promising a busy season for the province's tourism industry in the Year of Monkey.
The tourists are scheduled to visit attractions such as Bai Dinh Pagoda, Trang An ecology area, Tam Coc - Bich Dong, Hoa Lu ancient capital attracted visitors the most.
On average, Ninh Binh greeted 40.000 visitor arrivals per day, this is a promising figure of a busy season for the tourism industry in the year.
