'Ao dai' show promotes culture of ancient capital

This is the first fashion show of the young designer in Hoa Lu. Thach Linh has been well-known as a costume designer for many famous artists, such as Tan Nhan, Huyen Trang, Luong Nguyet Anh, and Sen Hoang My Lam.

The fashion show of 'ao dai' and evening gowns will honour the majestic natural beauty and historical sites of Ninh Binh. A highlight of the show is the "Essence of Ancient Capital" ao dai collection, which is inspired by prominent landscapes and specialities of Ninh Binh such as Trang An, Hoa Lu ancient capital, Kim Son wine, Ninh Binh goat, and others.

"Bringing the whole Ninh Binh into the ao dai" is what Thach Linh has done to realise her wish to promote the culture and tourism of Ninh Binh through fashion.

"Each design is my whole heart and feelings for Ninh Binh. I want to boost more widely the majestic landscapes here to friends at home and abroad," Thach Linh said.

The collection is under the project entitled "Promoting Vietnam 2023" initiated by Thach Linh, to spread the image of 'ao dai' associated with landscapes in Vietnam.

Miss Vietnam 2020 Do Thi Ha, Miss World Vietnam 2019 Luong Thuy Linh, Miss Intercontinental 2022 Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc, Miss Grand 2022 Doan Thien An, and others will participate in the show.
